Design Philosophy

There are many different types of gardens from the formal and minimalist lines of the modern chic to the rambling beauty of the Victorian country garden.  I believe that there are qualities of design in all these styles and I endeavour to provide innovation and style, balanced with sensitivity and empathy, to all my designs. 

Building upon a foundation of sound horticultural knowledge with a deeply-felt respect for ecology and conservation, I am able to bring analytical, visual and spatial skills to effectively interpret, both aesthetically and technically, the hopes and wishes of the client to transform and unify their personal greenspace.

Situated near Billingshurst in West Sussex, I undertake commissions in garden design and landscape design in London and South East England, including Kent, Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex and East Sussex. 

Professional Background

I have worked as a gardener and designer for nearly 10 years, during which time I have obtained the RHS Diploma in Horticulture,   followed by the Advanced National Certificate in Horticulture (Landscape & Garden Design) with distinction in all modules.
